Hello Flora
ReplyDeleteYour calendars are delicate and very cute... I'd prefer calendar#1 English version.
I'd like to share with you some winter pictures I took last week in my town: http://ladaridari.blogspot.com/2011/01/winter-walk.html
Thank you,
Daria
I like your phrase 'everyone on the planet' so I decided to enter. I live in Hungary and read your blog because of your summer photos. To share something, I would tell a very simple handmade Christmas gift wrapping idea. Make a medium sized pom pom (yarn) then put a piece of yarn in it. It's actually an embellished ribbon to decorate a selected gift box. The colourful pom pom decorated packages look great together. I prefer calendar #1 in English.

Hello!!! Lovely giveaway thank you!
ReplyDeleteYour work is just scrummy... but out of the calendars I prefer #2 please, in English thank you!
My son whispered in my ear... ' if we have a sleep over at Grandma's we will get more presents!' - this was 3 days after Christmas!!!

have a lovely day!

Hello FLora, I've been following your blog for a while, but this is the first time I comment - I couldn't miss such a great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to congratulate you for your beautiful photographic and artistic work, which I love.
If I'm the lucky winner I'd like to receive the calendar #2 in French :)

hi flora..
ReplyDeletei enjoyed last years calendar so very much.. thank you for sharing your talent and inspiration! kim
Greetings from Denmark :-) I find both calenders beautiful - but I think I like number 2 the most. Thanks
ReplyDeleteHello Flora,
ReplyDeleteI love your calendars and get them every year. I have 2009 and 2010. I would prefer calendar number 1 in English. My email address is lmilburn@meca.edu
I have been following your work through etsy and your blog. I just love your illustrations. Plus your fish are adorable as well. Have any New Years plans? Mine is to start to print my own fabric. I can't wait! :) This is the type of work I do now: thelindentree.etsy.com.
I don't have any recipes, on positive thoughts to you and your family for the new year.
Thanks,
Lindsey
Flora, your calendars are super-charming! I like #2 the best (in English). Here's to a fabulous year of atmospheric photos, beautiful watercolor, and lots of good times with friends and family. And thanks for doing a giveaway! (mail@amyfarrier.com)
ReplyDeleteAs for veg recipe, I like a little red quinoa w/chopped avocado, toasted walnuts, and lemon coriander vinaigrette.

Bonjour!
ReplyDeleteJ'adore ton blogue!
jasminepistache[at]gmail[dot]com
Je te souhaite une magnifique année!
Wow! How fun!
ReplyDeleteI like both calenders but if I have to pick one I pick the second one.
Your calenders are the best!

My favorite vegan recipe is for raw cacao balls. I make this when I want a quick sweet fix.
ReplyDelete2 TB organic raw cacao powder
1 tsp agave syrup
1 tsp raw organic coconut butter
1 tsp raw organic coconut oil
mix them all together and enjoy a very rich delightful treat. Mix it up with add ins like chopped nuts, bee pollen, peanut butter, fresh coconut chunks... LOVE this guilt-free treat.
I like Calendar 1 in French.
Dear Flora, I have alredy got the No 1 calendar but I would be very hapy to win another one to give it to my best friend. Wish you all the best for 2011!
ReplyDelete#2, in english, would be so welcome on my wall.
ReplyDeletei have your 2010 calendar up by my desk. simple shapes & colours can be so inspiring.
happy 2011!
I have just fallen in love with your blog over the past few weeks; it's at the top of my favorites list right now. I'd be delighted to have Calendar no. 2!
ReplyDeleteEu quero um calendário, em francês... :-) Simplesmente porque ele é lindo!
ReplyDeleteOh thank you Flora! Would you believe that I don't even have a 2011 calendar yet? I love version 1 the most.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite vegan treat to make at the moment is cashew cream. Just soak plain, raw cashew nuts overnight in water. They will be all puffy. Then, put them in a blender until they turn into a lovely, fluffy cream. It is a great substitute for dairy cream. You can eat it plain, or you can add some vanilla pods and/or cocoa for a bit of flavour. Or whatever you like! I think I want to eat some now!
I really like both calendars, but #2 has a certain "je ne sais quoi" about it! Mmm, that cashew cream above sounds lovely! shaniestozek at hotmail.com
what a special giveaway! it was hard to pick, but i would love #2 in english, if i win!
ReplyDeletegracefullady@gmail.com
thank you!
Les jolis calendriers... Lequel choisir ?
(mon mail : fanny.cavin[at]yahoo[dot]fr)

Thanks and hugs
Flora, hi!
ReplyDeleteI’d be so thrilled to have one of your calendars! Should I win the giveaway, calendar # 2, in French, please.
By way of sharing something in return, I offer the following verse – so appropriate tonight as we await snow here. Amazing how waking up to a fresh snowfall can turn a jaded grown-up into a delighted child. Can't wait!
“Winter came down to our home one night
Quietly pirouetting in on silvery-toed slippers of snow,
And we, we were children once again.”
~Bill Morgan, Jr.
Bonne nuit,
Jo

ReplyDeleteHi Flora,
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot for the giveaway. I would love to get calendar number 2 in french.
I love that people write comments in english even though they're French :-)
Have you ever tried making your own granola? It is really easy and cheap, and it is vegan (I looked up the word in a dictionary to be sure of what it meant exactly). There's a really nice recipe in Breakfast Lunch Tea by Rose Carrarini (and you can find the recipe on the Internet really easily).
Only found out about your blog today and then the give away! What a coincidence!!
ReplyDeleteWould be nice to have the version 1 Calendar in French!
