A basic little mat for Lou Mé, with fabric I bought back in September. I am feeling a bit sick today (throat and head), hope it gets better soon. How is your Wednesday?

sorting things out

Found some lovely yellow merino yarn today.
Sorted out my sewing box, now using perfect little pin cushions found at Octavi, and opened my ribbon box to put those that were out.

I have recently found out that lists are the best thing to do to sort out everything including your life. I might write about this again as I'm a list expert now :)

Gracia from High up in the trees tagged everyone, so I'm on Flickr. The tag was to take your picture within 5 minutes of seeing the tag -I couldn't not do it when I read it, I don't know why. I took my picture right after getting up the other morning and obviously didn't want to get too close to the mirror. That will teach me not to start my computer too early :)

Today we didn't do anything special, just enjoyed spending the whole day together. Happy Valentine's day everyone!

snow?

This morning I was very surprised to see a little bit of white by the window -this side of France is not used to snow.

I have finished the commissionned illustrations I have been working on since September, what a relief! They were for English schoolbooks, it has been fun doing them. I will show when I can :)

Now off to bed. Have a lovely end of week!

installation

We have just put LM's bed next to ours, so that if she wakes up in the night I can still take her out easily without getting up. Until now she slept in our bed next to me, she has just moved from a couple of centimeters :) And fortunately for me she slept from 10pm till 9.30am last night!

I have so much to do right now. Many illustrations to finish and house stuff to deal with, a family to share LM's nanny with to find plus I'm longing for making things for myself. Aah!
