Here is Lou Mé's room, I think we're done with this part of the house. More pictures tomorrow.
My in-laws have left and we have made a lot with them. We sold a big piece of furniture that was taking way too much room in our garage and feel relieved it's gone (and for a good price, which is nice!). J installed shelves a bit everywhere to arrange our storage situation, I put hems on our old curtains and finally installed them, etc. We haven't crossed out everything on our to-do list yet, but we have the motivation to get things done.
There are many little things to do which actually take a big amount of time in the end, and knowing this I always put them back. Then one day I get angry against all those things that should have changed a long time ago but didn't, and I do the work with so much energy I could spend days without sleeping. Well, that's life.

ReplyDeleteLovely photos. I know what you mean about putting things off and then one day just *exploding into activity* to get everything done. Hmm. I am just the same.I am about to *re-do* a part of our house, and I think I wont sleep until I finidh it too! But it's such a great feeling when it's all done isn't it? ;^)
