I love savoury galettes (buckwheat crêpes) with goat cheese, a little bit of honey, a little bit of pepper, walnuts and rucket salad (onion jam is lovely to go with, too).
I like lots of different sweet crêpes: banana, chocolate and whipped cream ; caramel ; blackberry jam ; honey and flaked almonds... but the best of the best to me is the simplest one: salty butter and sugar (with sometimes a bit of lemon). Now I hope I have time to make some tonight, for my husband's birthday :)
